The Mid-Atlantic Chapter of ACT serves states of Delaware, New Jersey, Pennsylvania and Fairfield County, Connecticut. The chapter consists of the Transportation Management Associations, public transport Providers, State Departments of Transportation and local businesses.
The mission of the chapter is to work as a group to facilitate ideas to help reduce congestion, increase public transportation and improve the overall quality of life for the region.
